Golan Sion Creek Red was produced from Sangiovese, Syrah, Gamay Noir, Pinot Noir and Napa Gamay grapes grown entirely in the Golan Heights. The cool climate, rocky volcanic soil and high altitude are ideal conditions for growing classic wine grape varieties. The result is a light red wine enjoyable young, yet capable of aging over the next few years. To preserve the quality of the wine, this bottle should be sorted on its side in a cool, dark place. Best served at 55 - 60°F.
