All personal information is transmitted by using 128 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol. Our clients´ information is encrypted and stored in a protected server. Duty Free Depot will only use your credit card details in order to process your order. Your credit card details are not stored for future purchases. We never give out any information about our customers and their orders.
In order to achieve high standards, which correspond with our security policy, all client information is transmitted using the most secure encryption protocol available (128 bit SSL) in the market. In order to protect clients, a credit card ID number is requested. The card ID is a 3 or 4 digit security code that is printed on the back of your credit card (AMEX - front right hand side of the credit card). The card ID protects you from online fraud by verifying that you are in possession of the card you are attempting to use.

All Products sold on Duty Free Depot are genuine products that are purchased directly from the manufacturers in the U.S. and Europe. All products on sale on Duty Free Depot are manufactured for overseas sales for example duty free shops, international airports, ships, and diplomatic core, and may differ materially in taste and quality from the same trademarks and brand names sold in your country. Please note: prices displayed in this website are subject to change without notice.

Information
All products sold on Duty Free Depot are sold for personal use only and not for resale. A customer who purchases products from foreign companies becomes the importer. It is the importers responsibility to assure that the products comply with import regulations Duty Free Depot suggests that you consult with your local tax office. As the buyer/addressee you are fully liable for the importation of the products purchased on this site. Products sold by the seller are under customs bond. When the buyer purchases the products he/she officially instructs the seller to ship the products on his behalf to the destination provided by the buyer. Duty Free Depot does not support, imply or suggest in any way the non-payment of Duties

Trademarks

Visa payments:
Please note if you are paying for your order with Visa card (Debit / Credit), you may incur an international transaction fee due to currency exchange. This fee (if incurred) will be no more then 1% -8%
of the order total (depending on your credit card company or bank).

Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order, you may do so by contacting our customer service department at Support@dutyfreedepot.com. Please note an order cannot be cancelled once the payment for that order has been processed.

Return Policy
*Cancelled/Custom Returned Orders:
Any orders that have been canceled or returned from customs that have already been shipped, will be charged the costs of shipping and handling.. A credit will be issued to your login account once your parcel reaches our warehouse (this may take up to 180 days depending on your location.)
